Here are a few things to know as you consider a consultation with our firm, along with some situations where we may not be the best fit.
The Preliminaries
All appointments are conducted by video or phone call except plan signings, which are in-person at our office in Ballantyne
Most consultations are free
We set flat fees for nearly all work other than probate matters
We accept credit cards
Not the Best Fit
Estate planning representations above $7.5M (individual) or $15M (couple)
Emergency planning cases
Complex business planning, Medicaid planning, or disputes/litigation
Amendments of other attorneys’ work product (we switch to our own documents)
SC estate planning or probate cases
